SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Untamed Chapter ships worldwide. Every item is printed to order in the fulfilment centre closest to you, which keeps delivery times shorter and reduces the chance of customs fees.

HOW IT WORKS

Every product is made to order. Once you place an order, it enters production at a regional fulfilment centre based on your shipping address.

We have regional fulfilment centres in:

  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Europe
  • Canada
  • Australia

If you live outside these regions, your order ships from the closest centre.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production takes 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.

Some items with complex printing (wall art, certain apparel lines) may take an additional day or two. Check the individual product page for any exceptions.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on your region and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typical ranges after dispatch:

United States: 3 to 7 business days United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days Europe: 5 to 10 business days Canada: 5 to 10 business days Australia: 5 to 10 business days Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues) occasionally happen.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and weight. You see the exact cost before paying. Wall is free to ship in the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.

TRACKING

Tracking details arrive by email the moment your order is dispatched. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email us through the contact form and we'll chase it for you.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

In most cases, customs fees don't apply. Because orders fulfil locally in or near your country, they usually ship domestically once printed. This avoids the international import step where fees get added.

Exceptions apply for customers outside our main fulfilment regions. If customs fees are charged, they are the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us through the website. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the order is confirmed lost in transit, send a replacement at no extra cost.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Production starts quickly, so we can only amend addresses within a short window after purchase. Once an order ships, the address is fixed.

WRONG ADDRESS

If an order is returned to the fulfilment centre due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Double-check your address before paying.
