RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Every product at The Untamed Chapter is made to order specifically for you. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought. This keeps waste low and products affordable, but it does shape how returns work.
THE SHORT VERSION
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We do replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted or faulty, at no extra cost, within 14 days of delivery.
WHY WE DON'T ACCEPT CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Each item is printed and made only after you place the order. There is no stock to re-sell a returned product to, so accepting change-of-mind returns would mean writing off the item entirely. Please review the size guide on every product page before ordering.
DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, we will replace it at no extra cost.
How to claim:
- Email us through the contact form on untamedchapter.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the issue, including the packaging.
Once confirmed, a replacement is sent free of charge. You do not need to return the faulty item in most cases.
OTHER GENUINE ISSUES
If there is a genuine issue with your order beyond damage or misprint (for example, the wrong item arrived), contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve it.
Approved returns must be sent back using a tracked postal service at your expense. Retain proof of postage until the return is confirmed received.
SIZING
Apparel sizing is provided on every product page. Please check it carefully before ordering. Returns for sizing errors are not accepted. If in doubt, size up. A slightly larger hoodie beats a hoodie you never wear.
CANCELLATIONS
Because production starts quickly, cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel and we'll do our best. Once an item enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, check your tracking first. If tracking shows no movement, or the order is confirmed lost in transit, contact us through the website and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
NOT COVERED
Change of mind. Incorrect sizing where the published size guide was not followed. Damage from wear, washing or accidents after delivery. Delays outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues).
