We aim to process all orders as fast as possible and ship them within 1-3 days. However, during sales or busy periods, please allow up to 7 days for processing.

You will be able to monitor the parcel's way to your door. In most countries, you can also track it on your local post office's website using the number we provided.

RETURNS: Because each item is made to order, I cannot accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. However, if there’s a valid reason for a return, I’m happy to accept it within 14 days. In these cases, I kindly ask that you cover the return postage using a tracked service. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, I’ll replace it at no extra cost.
